I have not been outstanding in keeping my blog contributions coming on a regular basis, and two videos in a row is not really good form. That being said, Eli Pariser raises some excellent points for all of us to ponder in this Ted talk.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to be aware of your feelings and acknowledge their role in your decision making and behaviour. Teams that think about their impact on each other and who develop their emotional intelligence do better.
We have lived through an era of emphasis on efficiencies and as predictability success declines in this modern era there is a requirement for, and a benefit from our ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
