In 1990, in Vancouver, we made a documentary about our work with young people using substances. This was made through community television at Rogers. Randy Jones had a weekly community television show at the time, with Rogers, and he was our entry point to pitching this. We paid for the video tape, and did the editing. Rogers provided the cameras and infrastructure.
